1. Scope and applicability

This supplement accompanies the Privacy Notice for the parent website operated by Ag Studio Ventures. It explains current parent-site practices and California privacy rights where applicable.

The California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act, applies only where its legal requirements are met. This page does not establish that every studio activity or individual product falls within that law. Product-specific processing must be assessed separately.

2. Information categories and sources

The current parent site involves the following information:

• Contact identifiers: names and email addresses supplied directly by people who choose to contact us.
• Correspondence: messages and any other information a sender voluntarily includes.
• Network information: an IP address and requested resources are involved in page delivery and, if enabled, external font requests. The parent site does not retain hosting logs.
• Browser preference: the choice about optional fonts is kept in local storage on the visitor’s device.

These are current implementation details, not a verified inventory for the preceding twelve months. A historical inventory has not been confirmed. Do not interpret the absence of a category here as a statement about every product or all past operations.

3. Purposes and recipients

Contact details and message contents support replies and follow-up on enquiries. Email providers process correspondence. The locally saved preference remembers the visitor’s font choice; enabling fonts causes the browser to request them from Google.

The parent site does not currently use visitor analytics, advertising, or other visitor-data services. Separate products may use services for their own functions. A disclosure may also be required by applicable law in a particular case.

4. Retention and sensitive information

The browser preference remains until replaced or cleared through browser controls. The parent site does not retain hosting logs or analytics records. A fixed retention period for correspondence has not been specified; contact our privacy address about an enquiry or an applicable deletion request.

The general contact form does not request sensitive records. Do not include account passwords, identification documents, financial records, or similarly sensitive material in an initial message. Product features and the information they require are outside the scope of this parent-site description.

5. Sale, sharing, and browser choices

The parent website does not currently sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. This statement does not describe the separate operations of every product.

Where sale or sharing occurs and California law applies, consumers may opt out, including through a qualifying Global Privacy Control signal. On this parent site, that signal also keeps optional external fonts off. The font setting is a browser preference, not a mechanism that changes data held by separate products.

Use Customize Cookies to manage external fonts. Contact us about the relevant product if your request concerns another service.

6. Rights where applicable

California law may give you rights to know and access personal information, request deletion, correct inaccuracies, opt out of sale or sharing, and limit certain uses of sensitive personal information. It also protects against unlawful discrimination for exercising applicable rights.

Conditions and exceptions can apply. A right to limit sensitive-information use is tied to qualifying uses; it is not a claim that this parent site performs those uses. The California Attorney General’s CCPA guidance explains these rights in greater detail.

7. Requests and authorized agents

Email agsv-privacy@ag-sv.com and identify the request, relevant interaction, and product if any. You may use “California privacy request” as the subject. Send only enough information to explain and locate the matter.

For access, correction, or deletion, identity verification may be needed before personal information is disclosed or changed. Do not send identity documents in your first message. An authorized agent should identify their role; appropriate evidence of authority and verification may be requested where permitted.

Requests are considered under the requirements, response periods, and exceptions that apply to the particular case. This website does not operate an account portal for submitting requests.
