How information is handled on our parent website, the choices available to you, and how to contact us.

1. Who we are and scope
Ag Studio Ventures operates this parent website, which introduces our studio and provides access to our products. In this notice, “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to Ag Studio Ventures. Personal information means information that identifies you or can reasonably be linked to you.
This notice covers browsing the parent website, its browser preferences, and enquiries addressed to the studio. It does not describe all information handled by every product in our portfolio. Product websites, applications, accounts, and services may have separate privacy notices.

2. Information and sources
Information you choose to send
The contact form requests a name, email address, and message. It uses your email application rather than submitting information to a website database. If you send the message, the message contents and sender information pass through email providers. Information included in an email signature or attachment may also accompany your message.
Privacy enquiries may include details of an earlier interaction, the product involved, and the request you want us to consider. Share only what is needed to explain your enquiry. Please do not include passwords, bank records, government identification, or other sensitive documents in an initial message.
Information involved in visiting the site
Delivering a web page requires network information such as an IP address and the requested resource. The parent site does not currently retain hosting logs or use analytics, advertising, or other visitor-data services. It does not use tracking scripts to build browsing profiles.
Information stored on your device
If you save a preference in Customize Cookies, a local-storage entry records whether optional external fonts are allowed. The preference is stored in your browser and is not submitted to a studio database.
3. How information is used
Information provided in an enquiry is used to understand the question, reply, and follow up on the matter you raised. Information supplied with a privacy request helps identify the relevant interaction and assess the request.
The browser preference enables the site to remember your choice about external fonts. If you allow those fonts, network requests obtain the files needed to display them.
The current parent website does not use enquiry information or browsing activity for advertising profiles, automated eligibility decisions, or visitor analytics. This statement concerns the parent site; a product may have different functions and practices.
4. Grounds for processing
The rules that apply to personal information depend on the location, relationship, and processing involved. Where a law requires a specified legal basis, that basis must relate to the particular activity; simply visiting this website is not blanket consent to unrelated processing.
Optional external fonts are controlled by your affirmative choice and remain off until enabled. Sending an enquiry asks us to respond to that enquiry. Where relevant, handling a request may also involve legal obligations. For the legal basis applicable to a particular item of correspondence or request, contact our privacy address.
7. International processing
Email and optional font services may involve processing outside your country. The countries and arrangements depend on the providers involved. A global audience does not mean that every visitor’s information is stored in every country.
This notice does not claim a particular hosting region or transfer safeguard that has not been verified. Contact our privacy address for information about international processing relevant to your interaction.
8. Security
The parent site limits its collection features: it has no website database receiving the contact form, no visitor analytics, and no retained hosting logs. This limits information stored through those features but does not eliminate risks associated with browsing or email.
No website or email system can guarantee absolute security. Do not use the general contact form to send sensitive records. If a privacy request needs additional verification, contact us first to discuss an appropriate way to provide it. Report suspected disclosure or misuse of information to the privacy email below.
9. Retention
Your saved font preference remains in browser local storage until you clear this site’s data. Saving another selection replaces the earlier preference. Browser controls can remove the entry.
No hosting-log or analytics retention period applies to the parent site’s current implementation because those records are not retained. Correspondence is separate from website storage. A fixed correspondence-retention period has not yet been specified; contact us about information associated with your enquiry or to request deletion where applicable.
Removing a local preference does not delete a message already sent through email or information held by an individual product.
10. Your rights and choices
Depending on applicable law and the circumstances, you may be able to:
- Ask whether information about you is processed and request access or a copy.
- Request correction of inaccurate information or deletion of information.
- Object to or request restrictions on particular processing.
- Request a portable copy where the right to portability applies.
- Withdraw consent for processing that depends on consent.
- Raise a concern with an appropriate data-protection authority.
These rights can have conditions and exceptions. Withdrawal does not undo processing that occurred before it. For optional fonts, use Customize Cookies; for correspondence or other requests, email our privacy contact.
California residents can also consult the California Notice. Its application depends on the relevant law and business activity; it is not a statement that every product has identical data practices.
11. Children’s information
This parent website provides information about the studio and its products. It does not offer a child-registration feature. Product age requirements and any child-related data practices must be checked on the relevant product site.
If you are a parent or guardian concerned that a child has sent personal information to the studio, contact the privacy address with enough context to locate the communication. Avoid sending further sensitive information about the child in the initial request.
12. Products and linked websites
Our products may process information that this parent website does not, including information needed for their specific functionality. They may also use their own logs, analytics, or service providers. Review the notice for the particular product before providing information or enabling permissions.
A shared Ag Studio Ventures brand does not make the parent website’s cookie settings apply automatically to every product. Third-party destinations also operate under their own notices and terms.
13. Changes to this notice
We will revise this page when the parent site’s practices change. The date at the top identifies the latest revision. New features involving personal information should be explained in the relevant notice; an update to this page does not by itself supply consent for optional processing.
