What roles are you recruiting for?

We are recruiting across marketing, B2B sales, channel partnerships and commercial leadership to take our ten software products to market.

How are roles and compensation structured?

We tailor the arrangement to the role and scope, from performance and revenue-share models to leadership and long-term roles with equity or ESOP.

Where can I work from?

Anywhere. We are a remote-first studio, and our products serve businesses and individuals across markets.

Can I focus on a specific product or family?

Yes. Depending on your background, you can focus on a flagship platform like DynamicForm, a product family such as lending and compliance, or studio-wide growth.

Can I start flexibly?

Yes. We are open to both full-time commercial leaders and flexible or independent contributors who want to prove results and grow with the studio.

What happens after I apply?

We review every application directly. If there is a fit, we set up a short introductory call, walk through the products and agree on the right structure together.
